2. Shipping Policy

We follow a transparent shipping policy with no hidden charges. Shipping is available anywhere in India where courier services operate.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking ID and a link to monitor your order status.
Estimated Delivery for Physical Products:
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Digital Products (Videos, E-books, Files, PDFs):
For digital products such as videos, e-books, downloadable files, and PDFs, customers receive access instantly after successful payment confirmation. These products do not require physical shipping.
3. Delivery Restrictions
Delivery Locations:
We ship to all areas in India where courier services are available. Digital products are available instantly worldwide unless otherwise specified.
4. Order Cancellations
By the Customer:
You may cancel your order for physical products if there are delays beyond 7 days due to logistic challenges. Refunds will be processed immediately. Digital products, once delivered instantly, cannot be canceled unless there is a technical issue from our end.
By Lifearogya:
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of incorrect pricing or unforeseen issues, with a 100% refund provided to the customer.

We accept the following payment methods:

- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Only:
We do NOT offer full Cash on Delivery (COD). However, we offer a Partial Payment with COD option, where customers must pay a partial amount online at the time of placing the order, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
Important Notes:
- COD is NOT available for digital products (videos, e-books, files, PDFs), as these are delivered instantly online.
- Full payment must be completed online for digital products before access is granted.
- Partial Payment with COD is available only for physical products that require shipping.
